Who Is Dr. Ramon L. Jones?

Dr. Ramon L. Jones is a native of St. Louis, Missouri. He is the devoted husband of Lakisha Jones and the proud father of two adult daughters and two adult step sons. He is affectionately known as a seasoned pastor, educator, and career academician with over 30 years of experience in biblical studies, counseling, and instructional leadership.

He is a certified counselor through the National Association of Christian Counseling (NAOCC) and holds advanced degrees in counseling and educational leadership, including a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from Missouri Baptist University. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership with a concentration in Next Generation Leadership and Digital Discipleship.

Dr. Jones also serves as a marriage and family counselor, motivational speaker, youth mentor, and Christian author and publisher. His work focuses on strengthening relationships, fostering spiritual growth, and guiding individuals toward life transformation through biblical principles and practical application.

In addition to his academic and teaching ministry, Dr. Jones is deeply committed to community impact through counseling, mentorship, and global discipleship initiatives. With a passion for equipping others, he has planted multiple churches, mentored countless leaders, and continues to lead at the intersection of theology, counseling, and modern ministry practice.
